     I’m having trouble with the app on the phone and on the pc. it’s seems like I’m been disconnected from the cloud server. I had this problem a few months after I bought it. No one solved my problems.

     me too I have the same problem either from pc or android phone, the dvr seems always disconnected. ones a week i must reset from main menù. can someone help us to solve definitely this problem? th...
