     me too I have the same problem either from pc or android phone, the dvr seems always disconnected. ones a week i must reset from main menù. can someone help us to solve definitely this problem? thanks

     I’m having trouble with the app on the phone and on the pc. it’s seems like I’m been disconnected from the cloud server. I had this problem a few months after I bought it. No one solved my problems.
