Firware

Buenas tardes, tengo un DVR modelo ZR08KS00 y esta configurado para grabar todo el tiempo, ates funcionaba bien pero ahora graba por pedazos en el dia y al siguiente dia ya no parece nada grabado.

he buscado el firmware para ese modelo pero no lo encuentro, que puedo hacer?

Good afternoon. I have a DVR (model ZR08KS00) configured to record continuously. It used to work fine, but now it only records in fragments throughout the day, and by the next day, nothing appears to have been recorded.

I have searched for the firmware for this model but cannot find it. What can I do?
