I sat up my new system and when I went to do the emails and test it an error message came across the screen. Therfore I cant get emails when my alarm goes off. Can someone help me.

  I have gotten 2 defective cameras with the dvr 8 camera system

  Threw away one still have one of them that doesn’t work I bought system from you
